One of my assignments in my graduate program was to investigate and review a technology that was new to me. I chose to research the application Bloomz because I had not heard of it, and was interested in the concept. Bloomz seems to be an excellent way of simplifying parent/teacher communication, although I was not able to evaluate it using genuine parent communication.
